The sun is shining and all is well everybody is having a good time and sharing the local fruits with the world. Inside they prepare for the days deeds and outside they share and care like they did inside. Inside is open and outside is inviting the sun out to taste a cool juicy yellow fruit.

There's no need for growing in-doors today its time to go out and play, find out what groceries your neighbours have to share.

The yellow fruit is full of refreshing flavours and not everyone taste the flavours with the same senses and equally not everyone finds the fruit in there locality and this is why they share there shopping stories.

The market where the fruit is displayed sits in its wholesome jacket on a really hot day. The little yellow fruit and the purple fruit came from different tree's and one can assume even after fruit is picked from a tree they still communicate, its a mutual agreement among fruits that someone is going to come along select you from the other fruits - from all the tree's - then put you on display so you end up being devoured by happy people "that's life" said the yellow fruit to the purple fruit.

The sun was shining on the table and the bowl was a centre piece and like a nice picture it all seemed very good. Even the bowl was hand made, the only packaging in view were simple stickers saying where they came from, and this on the table also looked decent enough. Soon enough all that fruit would be munched up and eaten by everyone who were very thirsty, some would be sliced, others would be put into a nice blend. The skin would go in a nice bin, along with other bits of bio waste. The warm weather had no effect on the fruit in the bowl. The fruit was far from home, in doors this was fine, but on such a hot day outdoors these fruits could go all soft and soggy. Never mind, lets get you home and into the fridge. Inside the fridge before the guest came was a nice cool bowl of fruit, next to a big glass jug of cooling water, it all seems very nice and everyone agrees this is what they want on a nice hot day. Some people searched for hours looking for fizzy things, some people walked right past the fruit without batting an eyelid other found the fruit straight away. Some even put inside the palm of there hand and felt the freshness, others used the cooled fruits like a giant ice cube, some thought about removing the stalk and peeling with there own hands, others thought in more methodical ways but everyone agreed at some part of the fruits transitions.

Making your first million I imagine is not an easy task, so hearing someone tell their story is intriguing and well worth checking out. There are many online millionaires and the interest in this topic is massive. The shops are full of autobiographies of how there story is told. I have read a few and you know the type of books everyone are citing so rather than cite then I would like to bring your attention to this online Product by millionaire Matt Bacak. What intrigues me about online information is the ability to implement not what the instructions tell me to do but actually what the product is called, this is what I want and a lot of what I want is generally more traffic, and deliver engaging content to you the reader. Admittedly in the past my only means of delivering you this type of content has been dependent on my mood but more importantly on the source I read, and hand on heart some of the best information I have received in alignment with actually getting meat and potato content comes from individuals not large company based news. Similarly by reading the inside views of individuals who understand how companies work reading the news becomes much more salient to absorb. In my experience of traffic as I'm sure you will agree traffic comes and traffic goes but by implementing three different ways of getting traffic which constantly keep the traffic flowing by repeating simple step by step guides you stick to, adapt as the environment changes and not get stuck in systems that don't work as you try and earn your money back.

Some people have the knack of sales and have worked in sales, others are just good at writing and many people today are using machines to churn out the bare minimum required to reach these quota's. I don't really approve of these types of pyramid schemes reproduced and repackaged but it happens and its great to get those reminders. Matt Bacak has been selling goods online for eight years and is not one of these people. He seems to me to be single handily creating, original content that works and has made him a few bucks in the process. Because of this and here's where I am again very interested is he has experienced mistakes. If he was guided by all the confusion of being in a team he may never have experienced what not to do, as I'm sure he will in this product. What makes me enthusiastic even more is that it has given me the ability to promote something new from someone who has taught us all a few things online, check out the link below.

Posterous, very neat layout and a very good way of sharing information. This is a little experiment. That I am trying through posting on Posterous. I call the experiment The Posterous triple Google Buzz message. You can try it after reading this too if you like. This isn't some plan I've learnt from opting in at the auto responders squeeze page or anything similar. This is just me practising with new media. I say its the first analytic test I have done for a while on the net, so by singling out Posterous I think you can safely assume this is good right? If you reading this on Google Buzz then hey presto whilst your buzzin why not do the same. Simply log into your Posterous account (Usually through the Facebook link right?) and eat two muffins in one basket (ode to the Ponzio scheme I play on Facebook). Without fiurther ado I get on with the experiment ok, good.

So here's the drill- firstly through Posterous the new feature sends you back to your e-mail of choice, in-order to complete the recipe you will have to do this from Posterous's end to initiate the experiment. At the e-mail tab pick G-mail, it asks you to log in and gives you the address to post on Posterous. From here you can start typing like me now, chuckle simple right. Ok well here's my cunning plan, I in my e-mail and the link for Google Buzz is just below the inbox right and if your already following me on Google Buzz then you are already following my Buzz messages, perhaps your even in the Google Waves team. If you are in Google Waves and still waiting for a reason to Wave I will post about that another day, maybe even extend this little ol experiment.

So What's the plan well the plan is simple in this post I will provide a Posterous link to my Posterous page. I will also provide a link to my Google buzz page, I will copy this message from the direct e-mail initiated by Posterous into a Google Buzz post. Therefore bringing two groovy platforms together. If I'm not mistaken I will not have to copy and paste into Tumblr because this message from Posterous should also be posted there but if not I will add that manually to by copying and pasting this original message there. Likewise I shall copy definetely now that I think about it into Soup.io. Yet another early posting imaging system similar to Tumblr.

The Second Coming of Science (1976)

The Second Coming of Science by Brian O'Leary filmed in 1976 was an early documentary presented by early LightWorkers. It was filmed at a time when people like Uri Geller best known for Spoon bending was very popular modalities of entertainment on TV. Watching the scene of him warming the spoon then twisting is very interesting still today.

More importantly what this documentary highlights is nothing new it is some type of knowledge that has been about for centuries. I'm not sure if Brian is in anyway related to Timothy O'leary however he is very cosmic. I think this documentary was filmed in the 50th state of America Hawaii but I'm not 100% sure about that.

That nothing new stuff is being overly spoke about today in a branded way through series such as the secret. Brian talks about this secret in his lecture and tries to reinforce is knowledge by using the prestige of bending a spoon then sending it out into the crowd saying the spoon is still warm. Maybe the spoon is warm that's for you to imagine. That aside this is a very early impression of The Secret, so if you are a fan of the secret and wondering where all this cosmic knowledge comes form you may find the answer in Brian's video as already mentioned filmed in 1976.

The nuts and bolts of his words were hard and crunchy, malleable and brittle, unjustified yet always to the point.

You'd look at him and think anything to the contrary, he wasn't your usual comic-book spandex dressed hero, his social skills were met by special request only and and here's my point he was valued member of the kingdoms cross. He is the sort of guy you'd expect to meet at a ginormous long gradient of a compass degree crossroads, nothing below seven dials. He spoke in conumdrumns and left little yellow stickies everywhere however he sometimes give of the impression he'd let alone forgotten your name could barely remember his own. Yes he was a rebel that's possibly why he stood out well as a valued member in the infrastructure of the society. His forte was built on secrecy and his morals were that of the kind messages you'd read into on the froth of a workers cup of coffee. His hindsight was untouchable that moved at least seven realtime days into the future, and passion for women with similar defects can only be described as astrological.

One day of hero, the commander of the fleet, the leader of the tank movement, the boy in a group with the loudest megaphone, silently whisped along the town's high-street looking for suitable candidates. You'd find him chatting alongside trash cans debating with passers by, chatting to what would to one seem trivial. what we can learn from his actions here on the street was nothing compared to the work he did for peers, however and he shared this with me is where he got the source of that verbose terminological narrative he expressed in all his documented correspondences, with a whole heap of popular folks.

The ambiguity of his position marred with his impulse for peace and roots of democratic understanding to me speaks in bundles. However to others he just seemed a waste of time. Without the glitz and gaoler of his uniform some would never even know that he ever existed, but those that did knew that those who would in the future needs be such without his input not a single instruction, nor a chapter of any news or book be understood. He with him carried a code which does not get passed down or shared about around comfortable settings, cafeteria tables or god forbid smokey bar rooms, temples and official speaking platforms.

One problem though his oratory skills left something to be desired, his features were irregular and phonologists would look at his profile and see not enough symmetry in his features to believe this testimony to be true, however I contest this notion. The crook of his nose drew attention to his mouth which at times never stopped moving; he'd twitch and look up to the skies inside of and hypnotically stare inside the retina of your eyes. I suspect this was because he would try and avoid the consciousness that flooded into the realm's of his chosen insurance. Insuring the nation with sometimes mundane gaseous drivel. Some would even argue he never actually helped, this as I understand it today was just another complicated part of his under the radar genius. But beyond his genius was this innate bricloage of human understanding that made me more interested in nature and plant life, sea life and park life than any human psychological or philosophical trigger. The irony of this is he helped so many people.

The core belief we shared was about contribution, we both like to contribute, tape then publish however he had other agenda's and I was left with my own baggage. Going on holiday's with him would be a nightmare, sitting around the monarchies family around one table, sharing one red bottle of wine or carving up the same chicken would make no sense to this man, possibly this is why his communication skills left something to be desired.

He was as some have already mentioned not everyone's cup of tea, his narrative was full of known clichés and his sentences with again full of gaseous prose, however the discursive content of what he was saying was enough to ignite the fire that exists in most of us to figure out our own contributions. It's at this level he reinforced my understanding of just what I can contribute, just what I can bring to the table and more importantly an observation of what everyone else does. Negative I know but in the grand scheme of things he like most of you are reinforcing what I already know.

At times I'd feel myself tempted to go back and read into what was being said, but by then the topic had shifted, I'd missed the introduction then I'd be left looking in awe at our hero, curious to know how the day was saved. He'd set up problems like you and I would set up the table and his caveat was putting everything back to front, sometimes he'd leave screwdrivers in the place of knives, and monkey wrenches in the correct place of the fork. Even the seats seemed awkward, large, long, descriptive and overly adjective.

It's like dining with Frank Sinatra the brunette pink bow in in her hair girl said. You like him and love him or go out and join the rest of the monkeys flying around this time of year. We all sat around the secure yet unbalanced table and toasted to the days celebrations. Another lump added to the pot, another lump onto the cups saucer. Something watch it dissolve like a pole watched his favourite absinthe melt it's sugar lit flame. We all, well I left tokens outside the mansions woods tree's, I left lemon throat fizzlers in the warped eye of the forests bark and flicked imperial mints towards the bin, they always reached it too. I'm not one to leave any reason for prosecution he thought as he slipped another leaflet into the bin, and under his breath broke into a rendition of one of Burt Bacharach's mixtures.

Age Regression - A phenomenon in hypnosis that involves the giving of suggestions to the hypnotized client that he is of a younger age so he will relive certain experiences that took place at this age.

Elicit the feeling or emotion in the client
Use that feeling to bridge back to when the feeling first started
Check to see if feeling is new or familiar
Continue to follow the feeling back until it is new and supports client's history
Explore that scene and situation through the mind and eyes of the child reviewing perceptions, emotions, beliefs, thoughts, and feelings
Re-evaluate the experience with the adult mind
At Initial Sensitizing Event (ISE), use appropriate manner to discharge negative emotions and association due to misconceptions or limitations
Go through the ISE and Sub-Sequent Sensitizing Events (SSE)s using the adult's insight
Connect the change in the child to the adult and integrate
Future pace with change
Give post-hypnotic suggestions to reinforce the changes

Anchor - A specific stimulus; sight, sound, word or touch that automatically brings up a particular memory and state of body and mind. Example: "Our Song"

Anchoring - Establishing a trigger which, when activated, will trigger certain responses; this happens randomly in life, but can be suggested during hypnosis (see also triggers).

Associated - Seeing the world out of your own eyes. Experiencing life in your body. Also see First Position. Contrast with Dissociated and Third Person.

Beliefs - Information held by the subconscious to be true.

Challenge - Essentially an "I dare you," in which the hypnotist challenges the client to perform some act which it is impossible for the client to do at his/her depth in the hypnotic state. Examples are the eye challenge and the arm rigidity challenge.

Congruence - The condition of goals, thoughts, and behaviors being in agreement.

Conversion (to Hypnosis) - A suggestibility test which is extended beyond the point where the suggestibility is determined and is used as an induction into hypnosis.

Convincer - A simple suggestion that convinces you that you are in hypnosis. Convincers can be covert and enable a hypnotherapist to test for depth. i.e, eye catalepsy, arm lock. Convincers, also known as ratifiers, help to convince the client that hypnosis has actually taken place. Often, they are placed as posthypnotic suggestions that take effect after the client has been emerged from the state of hypnosis.

Deepener - A suggestion or process that encourages the conscious mind to relax and allows the subconscious mind to step into the forefront, also used to move the client into a deeper level of trance. After emergence, some casual conversation will ensue; after which, the client will be challenged about the immobile arm. Try as he may, the client will be unable to move the arm until the release word is given by the hypnotist.

Fractionation (Repeatedly, and increasingly faster, have the client open and close their eyes with suggestions of going even deeper each time.) I am going to count from 1 to 3 and when I reach the number 3 you will open your eyes. Then when I say 'sleep' you will close your eyes and go even deeper than the time before.....1, 2, 3, open your eyes.....and sleep! Going even deeper each time. Again... Some hypnotists do a full emergence from trance, using the sleep trigger as a new full trance induction. This is thought to be more effective than simply having the client merely open his or her eyes while still remaining in trance.

Dissociated - Viewing/experiencing an event from outside one's own body. Example: Seeing yourself on a movie screen. Floating above an event and seeing yourself. Contrast with Associated.

Staircase, escalator and elevator Have client visualize or imagine being at the top of a staircase looking down ten steps to a beautifully comfortable bed at the bottom. As the client begins to step down each step they double their sense of relaxation until reaching the bottom where they drift slowly down onto the bed totally and completely relaxed. (Similar with escalator or elevator instead of stairs)

Suggested deepening Each and every breath you take will double your sense of relaxation....taking you even deeper. Listening to the sound of my voice takes you even deeper. Feeling the chair against your back takes you even deeper. Any background sounds or noises will neither disturb nor distract you...they will only cause you to go even deeper. Attach the Act of going deeper to a word, any word, I like using the word "deeper", so that every time I say the word "deeper", the subject goes deeper, and deeper and deeper into trance.

Double Bind - When confronted with two alternative suggestions within a sentence, the person will likely respond to the stronger suggestion when the other suggestion is weaker.

Future Pacing - A process for connecting resource states to specific cues in one's future so that resources will automatically reoccur.

Gestalt therapy - A humanistic therapy, developed by Fritz Perls, that encourages clients to satisfy emerging needs so that their innate goodness can be expressed, to increase their awareness of unacknowledged feelings, and to reclaim parts of the personality that have been denied or disowned.

Guided Imagery - The focused use of your power of imagination (not fantasy) It sets up an energy pattern in your mind and body that can have a profound effect on your state of well being.

Dynamics Of The Handshake Induction:

The handshake induction is one of the most fascinating and effective procedures developed by Erricson for initiating hypnosis. It is essentially a surprise that interrupts a subject's habitual framework to initiate a momentary state of confusion. A receptivity for clarifying suggestions is thus initiated with an expectancy for further stimuli and direction. In a letter to Weitzenhoffer in 1961 Milton Erickson described his approach to the handshake induction as a means of initiating catalepsy. When he released the subject's hand, it would remain fixed in a cataleptic position or would keep moving in any direction he initiated. Erickson used this approach as a test to assess hypnotic susceptibility, and as well as a hypnotic induction procedure. The prerequisites for a successful handshake induction are a willingness on the part of the subject to be approached, an appropriate situation, and the suitability of the situation for a continuation of the experience. The Handshake Induction:

Initiation: When I begin by shaking hands, I do so normally. The "hypnotic touch" then begins when I let loose. The letting loose becomes transformed from a firm grip into a gentle touch by the thumb, a lingering drawing away of the little finger, a faint brushing of the subject's hand with the middle finger - just enough vague sensation to attract the attention. As the subject gives attention to the touch of your thumb, you shift to a touch with your little finger. As your subject's attention follows that, you shift to a touch with your middle finger and then again to the thumb.

This arousal of attention is merely an arousal without constituting a stimulus for a response.

The subject's withdrawal from the handshake is arrested by this attention arousal, which establishes a waiting set, and expectancy.

Then almost, but not quite simultaneously (to ensure separate neural recognition), you touch the undersurface of the hand (wrist) so gently that it barely suggests an upward push. This is followed by a similar utterly slight downward touch, and then I sever contact so gently that the subject does not know exactly when - and the subject's hand is left going neither up nor down, but cataleptic. Sometimes I give a lateral and medial touch so that the hand is even more rigidly cataleptic.

Termination: If you don't want your subject to know what you are doing, you simply distract their attention, usually by some appropriate remark, and casually terminate. Sometimes they remark, "What did you say? I got absentminded there for moment and wasn't paying attention to anything." This is slightly distressing to the subjects and indicative of the fact that their attention was so focused and fixated on the peculiar hand stimuli that they were momentarily entranced so they did not hear what was said.

Utilization: Any utilization leads to increasing trance depth. All utilization should proceed as a continuation of extension of the initial procedure. Much can be done non-verbally; for example, if any subjects are just looking blankly at me, I may slowly shift my gaze downward, causing them to look at their hand, which I touch and say "look at this spot.". This intensifies the trance state. Then, whether the subjects are looking at you or at their hand or just staring blankly, you can use your left hand to touch their elevated right hand from above or the side - so long as you merely give the suggestion of downward movement. Occasionally a downward nudge or push is required. If a strong push or nudge is required, check for anathseisia.

There are several colleagues who won't shake hands with me unless I reassure them first, because they developed a profound glove anesthesia when I used this procedure on them. I shook hands with them, looked them in the eyes, slowly yet rapidly immobilized my facial expression, and then focused my eyes on a spot far behind them. I then slowly and imperceptibly removed my hand from theirs and slowly moved to one side out of their direct line of vision. I have had it described variously, but the following is one of the most graphic. "I had heard about you and I wanted to meet you and you looked so interested and you shook hands so warmly. All of a sudden my arm was gone and your face changed and got so far away. Then the left side of your face, until that slowly vanished also.". At that moment the subject's eyes were fixed straight ahead, so that when I moved to the left out to his line of vision, the left side of my face "disappeared" first and then the right side also. "Your face slowly came back, you came close and smiled and said you would like to use me Saturday afternoon. Then I noticed my hand and asked you about it because I couldn't feel my whole arm... you just said to keep it that way just a little while for the experience."

You give the elevated right hand (now cataleptic in the handshake position) the suggestion of a downward movement with a light touch. At the same time, with your other hand, you give a gentle touch indicating an upward movement for the subject's left hand. Then you have his left hand lifting, right hand lowering. When right hand reaches the lap, it will stop. The upward course of the left hand may stop or it may continue. I am likely to give it another touch and direct it toward the face so that some part will touch one eye. That effects eye closure and is very effective in inducing a deep trance without a single word having been spoken.

There are other non verbal suggestions. for example, what if my subject makes no response to my efforts with his right hand and the situation looks hopeless? If he is not looking at my face, my slow, gentle out-of-keeping-with-the-situation movements (remember: out-of-keeping) compel him to look at my face. I freeze my expression, refocus my gaze, and by slow head movements direct his gaze to his left hand, toward which my right hand is slowly, apparently purposelessly moving. As my right hand touches his left with a slight, gentle, upward movement, my left hand with very gentle firmness, just barely enough, presses down on his right hand for a moment until it moves. Thus, I confirm and reaffirm the downward movement of his right hand, a suggestion he accepts along with the tactile suggestion of left hand levitation. This upward movement is augmented by the fact that he has been breathing in time with me and that my right hand gives his left hand that upward touch at the moment when he is beginning an inspiration. This is further reinforced by whatever peripheral vision he has that notes the upward movement of my body as I inhale and as I slowly lift my body and head up and backward, when I give his left hand that upward touch.

Erickson's description of his handshake induction is a bit breathtaking to the beginner. How does one keep all of this in mind? How does one develop such a gentle touch and such skill? Above all, how does one learn to utilize whatever happens in the situation as a means of further focusing the subject's attention and inner involvement so that trance develops? Obviously a certain amount of dedication and patience are required to develop such skill. It is much more than a matter of simply shaking hands in a certain way. Shaking hands is simply a context in which Erickson makes contact with a person. He then utilizes this context to fix attention inward and so set the situation for that possible development of trance.

As he shakes hands, Erickson is himself fully focused on where the subject's attention is. Initially the subjects' attention is on a conventional social encounter, then, with the unexpected touches as their hand is released, there is a momentary confusion and their attention is rapidly focused on his hand. At this point "resistant" subjects might rapidly withdraw their hand and end the situation. Subjects who are ready to experience trance will be curious about what is happening. Their attention is fixed and they remain open and ready for further directing stimuli. The directing touches are so gentle and unusual that subjects' cognition has no way of evaluating them; the subjects have been given a rapid series of nonverbal cues to keep their hand fixed in one position (see last paragraph of the initiation), but they are not aware of it. Their hand responds to the directing touches for immobility, but they do not know why. It is simply a case of an automatic response on the kinesthetic level that initially defies conscious analysis because the subjects have had no previous experience with it. The directing touches for movement are responded to on the same level, with a similar gap in awareness and understanding.

The subjects find themselves responding in an unusual way without knowing why. Their attention is now directed inward in an intense search for an answer or for some orientation. This inner direction and search is the basic nature of trance. Subjects may become so preoccupied in their inner search that the usual sensory-perceptual processes of our normal reality orientation are momentarily suspended. The subjects may then experience an anesthesia, a lacuna in vision or audition, a time distortion, a deja vu, a sense of disorientation or vertigo, and so on. At this moment the subjects are open for further verbal or nonverbal suggestions that can intensify the inner search (transderivational search) in one direction or another.

Exercises in Nonverbal Approaches

The following are excerpts from Erickson M.H., Rossi E. & Rossi S., “Hypnotic Realities : The Induction of Clinical Hypnosis and Forms of Indirect Suggestion”, pg.111.

"The keys to learning nonverbal approaches to trance induction are observation, patience, and learning one step at a time. One can begin learning the handshake induction by developing a habit of carefully observing a person's eyes and face as you are shaking hands with them in a normal way."

The next stage might be to practice releasing the hand a bit slower than usual. Then learn how to definitely hesitate in releasing the hand, carefully watching the subject's face to "read" the nonverbal responses (e.g. confusion, expectancy) to your hesitation.

As your experience develops, even at this level you will begin to recognize who may be a good subject by the degree receptivity to your hesitation. The subject who "stays with you" and allows you to set the pace of the handshake is evidently more sensitive and responsive than the person who rushes off.

The next step might be only to release the hand halfway, so the subject is momentarily confused. You can then practice letting go of the rest of the hand so gently that the subject does not recognize when the release took place, the hand remaining momentarily suspended in midair. You can sometimes heighten this effect by speaking very softly so the subject's attention is further divided in trying to attend to you.

The final stage is learning to add the directing touches as non-verbal stimuli for immobility (catalepsy) or movement (hand levitation). Sacerdote (1970) had described and analyzed a similar procedure for inducing catalepsy in a non-verbal manner." Homeostasis - A state of equilibrium. What the body returns to when the parasympathetic nervous system is activated to respond to the fight/flight mechanism of the sympathetic nervous system.

Hypersuggestibility - A state of waking hypnosis and exaggerated suggestibility to influencing factors in the environment, especially to negatives; possibly the greatest cause of all emotional and physical problems.

Hypnosex - Sexual (with or without actual physical contact) gratification through the use of hypnotic suggestions, up to and including orgasm and climax.

Hypnotherapist - A therapist who utilizes hypnosis as a primary tool for assisting clients to achieve their goals. A Hypnotherapist often differs from others therapists by focusing on the role of subconscious behaviors and influences on the client's life.

Hypnotist - A person skilled in the technique of inducing the hypnotic state in others. Hypnotists are often associated with the use of hypnosis for entertainment.

Ideomotor - Idea/thought + movement. Allows the subconscious mind to provide answers independent of the conscious mind/without interference of the conscious mind.

Induction - Inductions are used by the hypnotherapist to guide the client into trance. Inductions can be long (progressive muscle relaxation, (greater than 4 minutes)), rapid (normally 1-4 minutes) and instant (less than 1 minute).

Inferred Suggestions - A suggestion given that contains a message other than the immediately obvious one. Usually the underlying meaning is not immediately understood by the client consciously, but he/she will have a delayed reaction to it. It is especially effective with emotionally suggestible clients.

Initial Sensitizing Event - ISE - An emotional event that is the ORIGIN of a certain problem, creating a sensitivity to feelings; such as claustrophobia traced back to being locked in a closet in early childhood.

Literal Suggestion - A direct suggestion with no underlying meaning; used primarily with physically suggestible clients.

Past Life Regression - Reviewing memories from past incarnations using hypnosis.

Patter - Your running commentary as you perform therapy. For some therapy, the patter may be a story. With others, it may be direct suggestions.

Post-Hypnotic Suggestion - A suggestion given during a hypnosis session which is acted upon sometime after the hypnosis session.

Pretalk - Explains what hypnosis is and is not, explains the mind and how it works, dispels myths and misconceptions, eliminates fear. Used to create expectancy and build rapport.

Reframing - Using the imagination to imagine a different outcome of a past event, such as combining Gestalt therapy with regression therapy to facilitate release; also used in NLP with guided imagery

Regression - Going back in time during trance to remember past events, and replaying them in the imagination, often with accompanying emotions

Revivification - Reliving past experiences. Past experiences can be pleasant or unpleasant.

Somnambulism - First level of deep hypnosis. Level used for making behavioral changes, regression therapy, access to memories that have been suppressed, receptive to suggestions.

Systematic Desensitization - the use of programmed imagery in a systematic way to help desensitize someone from an anxiety or phobia

Triggers - Something seen, heard, felt, etc., which "triggers" a response, urge, memory, or emotion, etc., such as turning the key in the car might "trigger" a smoker to light up a cigarette.

Hypnotherapy is often applied in order to modify a subject's behavior, emotional content, and attitudes, as well as a wide range of conditions including dysfunctional habits, anxiety, stress-related illness, pain management, and personal development.

A misconception in popular culture is that hypnosis is often the product of vivid imaginations and that hypnotic phenomena are merely imagined in the mind. However, research indicates many imaginative people do not fare well as good hypnotic subjects. Furthermore, studies using PET (Positron Emission Tomography) scans have shown that hypnotized subjects suggested to have auditory hallucinations demonstrated regional blood flow in the same areas of the brain as real hearing, whereas subjects merely imagining hearing noise did not.

Brushing up on new squeeze pages

I I again have been brushing up on old squeeze pages. At the same time I have been going out my way to review what I think of peoples squeeze pages. So firstly in this post I will tell you if you don't know exactly what a squeeze page is, who makes squeeze pages and why its great to search about and browse specific, or non specific as the case maybe about the old important rusty squeeze pages.

A squeeze page is something you can pioneer and construct then if your really clever embed into jump shots from your page and website. What I mean by a jump shot, which I admit is already jumping away from the essence of the squeeze page is where a pop up opt in mini squeeze page pops up. And like a pancake you can use your squeeze page like a lemon on the flavour of you website branding. Well a little of topic and only to whoever want's to gain e-mail subscriptions or raise awareness of a product launch a web seminar or just jumble around in the omni-presence of affiliate marketing, a squeeze of your own page onto your sugar coated pancake is what you need.

So what recently has drawn me in about squeeze page fascination and why although we no and take for granted if you ever bumbled around viral traffic drawing pages where you earn points to draw traffic to your blog, or you were on of the disappointed few who fell of the back of the Yuwie.com show, will know a squeeze page is like looking at a powerpoint document that mistakenly got drawn from word then hybridised through Photo shot which made it an epic within the narrative of the DVD you embed within your squeeze page. Not to mention the affiliate opportunities of plugging something like Hostgator who will provide the necessary service you need for your Worpress Blog or if you so prefer and here's the pun, your pancake squeeze page.

I think you will definetely if not already be confused a little by now so let me name drop a few fellow fan and users of the Squeeze page. Firstly Shawn Casey the mystery man who everybody know's from his squeeze page yet struggle to find his e-mail or Twitter page who I'm sure like millions of others your e-mail provider is full of freindly little links from this successful internet marketer. Then there's Jeff Johnson who you will find is the guru behind the 2.0 series a couple of years ago and prior. BestSeller Bob is another squeeze page which although has not changed much has remained true to his squeeze image. Then we move into the usual suspects Frank Kern, Bill Harris, Howie Shwartz and Perry Belcher are all Social Media fans who prefer to make the squeeze page a fancy thing. Frank kern has recently gone heavy weight alongside the more well known TV advertisement figure George Foreman and there squeeze page along with many others is more like a heavyweight wrestling competition flyer. Then there's Howie Shwartz, now Howie is awesome all though he keeps regenerating previous squeeze pages, and has used on his squeeze pages recently the Tree house, showing the new Radio shower and the mystery and recovery of the Mystery potato head dilemma in his en-suite lavatory, which I thoroughly although reluctantly concur was totally entertaining, better than reading any of my blogs anyway, where was I.

The squeeze page well the squeeze page is getting more advanced, often with the opt in facility there will be a phone number contact, why is this good well, like you can now on your blog waht with the recent Skype embed on your free Blogspot.com page you can have people contact you. But when your squeeze page requests you be contacted at a certain time, the owner of the squeeze page will often get back to you. There great sometimes I've chatted for about an hour on me mobile, but previously it was more about trying to get you onto a live webinar, seminar but for now although relevant is another story for which I will leave for another day.

One thing I did miss and that is the Belcher thingy, it seems it worked for him like many others all around the world but Perry in particular I would say is the boy who brought the squeeze page to the Mind map PDF. I'm tempted to post a few download links here not sure if it will get me in trouble though. Hmm ok here's a recent mind map recommended within the squeeze page genre for which Perry recommended.
